what a day!

i really shouldn't try to comment on other blogs this late at night. Honestly it was just too hard thanks to myles and my profiles being merged. I should have read her blog during the day but I was blown away by finding we had so much in common that I had to leave a message.

(Lill, if you read this. It was a blessing to have you visit us and just what I needed at the end of my busy day. Thanks!)

Had such a busy day today, I mean yesterday. Myles' mum arrives tomorrow, I mean today :-) She is lovely. I am one of these very blessed people with lovely in-laws. But with all the bad weather I had tons of washing and our weekend was so full again.

Tomorrow my niece and sister-law are visiting early morning and then I will finish sorting out the house and setting up my brother's room for myles' family. As busy as I am cleaning, etc, I am enjoying it because I want my Mother-in-law to feel comfortable and at home with us.

I am so sick of my cooking that I got all my cookbooks out to look for some new recipes and then went shopping for the many ingredients. My cupboards are overflowing...My man just hopes I get around to using it all :-)

Plus tomorrow night, I mean tonight, I am meeting two cousins of mine for a girlie catchup. We are having dinner and a few drinks at some bar none of us have ever eaten in. Should be fun.

Hello Tali!!!

What an awesome message you left me. Thank you.

It is so nice to find other Christians here. And half way round the other side of the world! God is good.

I was checking out your church (Riverside) website. You are involved. You have many ministries. Which one's are you involved in????

We have a food pantry called Provisions, a crisis pregnancy center called Alight, Womens Fellowship Dinner (I host and cook for this), Womens Bible Study, Mens Group, Womens Ministry team (I am a member),Drama and dance ministry, local mission outreach, Mexico mission outreach--a friend of mine who attends our church is from Mexico so she has her 'home' church there and it becomes our base for outreaches, we have also done the Dominican Republic and would like to go to France. We have classes about everything, the teens are always doing something ---just a wonderful place to be.

Our worship team is magnificent. And we have our Senior Pastor Dominick, then 2 Associate Pastor's Brian and Phil.

The Lord has brought me out of bad places----He has delivered me!

Maybe I have left you too long of a message...it is 8:23 p.m. here in New York and almost time for my daughter to leave to go to her grandmothers....I will be back, hope you visit me too!!!

Your Sister, (yes we are)
Lill
