Lord
Today my prayers are for our kids - Bubba, Tylah, Taneisha, CJ, & Jataliah. My main prayers for them are for your protection wherever they go, from whoever they are with, so they are always safe in the shadow of your wings. Help them to love each other and support each other. Give them your wisdom Lord so when we are not with them they know who to trust and befriend.
Please help us to encourage and teach them your ways, to answer their questions about you with your truth and love.
Already they are 'all about me'. Please teach them to love, to see others with your eyes. Lord, help them to know that your plans are to prosper them and not to harm them, to give them a hope and a future. They belong to you LORD, fill them with your spirit so they have that desire to draw closer to you. Set a fire in their spirits!!!
Last of all LORD, help us to bless them so they will enjoy and live their lives to their full potential. Thanks for protecting them from sickness, for helping them to grow, for giving them such awesome personalities and gifts. Thank you for always going before them LORD.
